Blending the region's hyper-local ingredients with inspiration from Fleeting's Creative Culinary Director, Chef Rob Newton's recent travels to Mexico City and the Yucatan, we are excited to kick off this series with a latin inspired tasting menu.  Featuring the bounty from Gannon Organics and Billy's Botanicals alongside Grassroots famed pork, paired with Erstwhile Mezcal tastings, which includes several limited-edition varietals.

Tickets are limited and include a four-course farm dinner with drink pairings from our featured beverage partner.
