Join Executive Chef Rob Newton as he explores his favorite flavors, cuisines and cooking styles through a five week pop-up series at the newly reimagined bar by fleeting.  A departure from fleeting’s signature blend of southern classics inspired by hyper-local ingredients, Chef Newton looks to his passion for travel, culture and music to curate one-time menus featuring the likes of crispy chicken banh mi, dumpling noodle soup, confit duck with congee, banana leaf pork shank with tortillas and salsa, alongside an everchanging chips and dip rendition and inspired tartine offering.
