The guiding force behind fleeting's culinary program, Victoria Shore brings more than a decade of experience and passion to her role as Executive Chef.  Inspired by family at an early age, Chef Victoria shared in special moments with her dad as they created Lebanese-inspired dishes together, while honing her skills and developing a love for global flavors.  At Fleeting Chef Victoria blends hyper-local ingredients with authentic flavors to elevate the season's best ingredients.
