For one night only, acclaimed chef and creative visionary Flynn McGarry brings his distinctive point of view to Fleeting at Thompson Savannah. On December 13, McGarry will present a prix fixe dinner shaped by the craftsmanship, storytelling, and ingredient-driven cooking that have defined his work—from his early rise in the culinary world to his New York restaurants. McGarry’s creative practice extends beyond the kitchen into hospitality, architecture, art, fashion, and product design. Today, he operates Gem Home and Cove in New York City. Gem Home brings together homewares, groceries, and a full-service café; by night, it becomes an intimate event space centered around long oak tables built by McGarry. Cove, his most ambitious project yet, is a 75-seat restaurant celebrating peak-season produce from local farms alongside exceptional, sustainably sourced seafood and other proteins. Guests can choose à la carte dining or a nightly set menu, and Cove also offers a private dining room and a small daytime café opening in October. McGarry’s work in food, design, and hospitality comes together for a singular Savannah evening at Fleeting. The December 13 dinner is $125 per person, and seats are limited.
